An existing client approached us who has a strong asset base, he was wanting to increase his cash flow via a commercial property purchase. Once we analysed his position we were able to ascertain his property purchase up to $2million, with a 75% loan to value ratio and commercial yield of 8.2%. The rental yield was very complimentary to his lower residential yields plus the property has future development potential as well.

After the client purchased the property, we arranged a valuation and we then promptly confirmed the clients’ unconditional approval for the purchase on the new commercial loan.
