Increasing cash flow via a commercial property purchase
Victor was an existing client of ours with a strong asset base, and was looking to increase his cash flow by purchasing a commercial property.

Analysed finances and investment options

Navigate commercial asset investments and loans

Improve already-strong asset base

Our Proposal
Intuitive Finance assessed Victor’s financial position and deduced that he would be able to purchase a property of up to $2 million, with a 75% LVR and a commercial yield of 8.2%. The rental yield was very complimentary to his lower residential yields, and in addition, the property had future development potential as well.
