They recognise individuals and organisations that help the industry evolve through best practice and innovation.
Intuitive Finance was named Victoria’s Favourite Mortgage Broker at the 2015 Investors Choice Awards.
Over 7,000 votes were tallied for the inaugural Investors Choice Awards with property investors across the country voting across 12 categories, including mortgage brokers, buyer’s agents, property managers and property educators with all categories attracting fierce competition. The awards, partnered by homesales.com.au, asked investors to score their nominated businesses across key sectors including level of support, professionalism and value for money.
Your Investment Property’s Annual Readers’ Choice Awards offer an opportunity for readers to nominate their most trusted financial advisers and agents. Australian property investors were asked to nominate their favourite experts across five different categories. In 2016 Intuitive Finance awarded runners up in the prestigious Mortgage Brokers Category.

The Australian Broking Awards are the only industry awards focusing solely on the leading brokers, brokerages and aggregation groups in the Australian Mortgage Industry.
Mortgage Business is a publication dedicated to the third party mortgage distribution channel. To be considered for the inaugural Mortgage Business’ Elite Business Writers ranking, brokers had to have written a minimum of $30 million in residential mortgages over the 2008-2009 financial year. They also had to have met at least two of the following three criteria: minimum conversion rate of 80%, less than 1% arrears or 90%t of submitted business did not require a re-work.
