Andrew Mirams is the Managing Director of Intuitive Finance and is a highly qualified mortgage advisor who holds dual diplomas in Financial Planning (Financial Services) and Banking and Finance (Mortgage Broking). Andrew’s expertise covers all aspects of lending for a diverse range of applications – from first home buyers’ loans or property upgrader loans, property investor loans, expatriates and loans for self-employed.

With over 32 years of experience and having settled well in excess of 1.5 billion dollars in loans, Andrew has been acknowledged by the mortgage industry as one of its best and most consistent performers with multiple awards including regularly featuring in both the top 100 mortgage brokers list and Top 50 Elite business writers.

Melissa Gwynne serves as the Office Manager at Intuitive Finance, bringing a wealth of administrative experience to the team. With over 30 years of experience in administration, she has successfully held roles such as Office Manager, Executive Assistant, and Personal Assistant.

Melissa thrives in positive work environments where she feels valued and can collaborate with great people. She enjoys being part of a fun work culture and was drawn to Intuitive Finance by its stellar reputation and team spirit.

In her downtime, Melissa loves spending quality time with her children and friends. She enjoys travelling, walking, home renovating, and visiting the theatre. A fan of good food, wine, and coffee, she also appreciates relaxing with a book or Netflix alongside her Birman cat, Gigi.

Alexandra joined Intuitive Finance in March 2019. Since then, she has been able to gain a strong understanding of the intricacies in the financial landscape and expand her expertise through her roles as Relationship Manager, Credit Analyst and now Finance Specialist.

Fueled by a knowledgeable property law background, she is armed with a Diploma in Conveyancing and has seamlessly transitioned into her current role. Not one to rest on her laurels, she’s earned her Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, and gained recognition as one of the finance industry’s rising stars along the way.

Outside of work, Alexandra is all about being outdoors and cherishing life’s precious moments with her loved ones, including her adored doggo, Duke. She is a devoted Carlton supporter in the AFL and brings the same passion to her interests in dog training and Olympic Weightlifting.

2023 MPA Rising Star

Lachlan joined Intuitive Finance in September 2013. In this time, he plied his craft in a number of roles which has given him a greater understanding and appreciation of the industry and of the business. He is now an award winning Finance Specialist with a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

Outside work, Lachlan is a very talented footballer, previously playing with the North Melbourne football club in the VFL and currently with the Old Mentonians Football club in the V.A.F.A. He is an avid sports fan and passionate supporter of the North Melbourne Kangaroos in the AFL and the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time  with his mates, his partner and playing football, basketball and golf. He also enjoys watching plenty of sport, along with his favourite TV shows The Office & Entourage.

Bonnie joined the team at Intuitive Finance in early 2021 as a Broker Support Officer, developed to a Relationship Manager and has since moved into the role of Credit Analyst. She holds a Certificate IV in Business Management and has a background in working with RTO’s. Bonnie is excited to explore and learn more about the finance industry, as well as support others in achieving their full potential .

Outside of work Bonnie enjoys quality time with her friends and family and has a passion for fitness and food.

Max Besnard is a diligent Broker Support Officer and Credit Analyst at Intuitive Finance. He first joined the company in January 2021, transitioning from an administrative role into his current position before taking a 14-month break to focus on university studies. He returned part-time in late 2023, resuming his dedication to supporting clients through the mortgage process.’

His journey from administration to broker support and credit analysis has honed his skills in managing client cases and navigating the complexities of the lending process. Max finds the most fulfilment in his work by helping clients achieve significant milestones, whether purchasing their first home or gaining financial stability. He values being part of a process that positively impacts people’s lives and financial well-being.

A fan of Carlton in the AFL and the Oklahoma City Thunder in the NBA, Max enjoys collecting records in his spare time, with a fondness for bands like Led Zeppelin, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Foo Fighters, and Jimi Hendrix. He also loves spending quality time with family and friends.

Dragana Savic is a dedicated Relationship Manager at Intuitive Finance with a background in equipment finance and financial hardship solutions. Her industry experience spans over 3.5 years, including 2 years in equipment finance with Monte Finance and 1.5 years as a Hardship Associate at ANZ Bank.

She holds dual diplomas in Business Management and Public Relations, providing her with a strong foundation in effective client communication and strategic business operations. Her time at ANZ Bank introduced her to the financial sector, where she managed financial hardship cases. This sparked her interest in lending, leading her to equipment finance before transitioning to mortgages, a natural progression that aligns with her passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Drawn by Intuitive Finance’s stellar reputation within the industry, Dragana finds immense satisfaction in assisting clients to reach their goals and build solid financial futures. Outside of work, she enjoys watching documentaries, spending quality time with her family and friends, and cuddling with her pup Harley.
